WORK RATES:
Standard rate: $100 per hour
Servers & advanced networking: $120 per hour
(Advanced rate is for work pertaining to servers, business networking, proprietary software needs, etc.)
Minimum rate: 30 minutes or $50 per half-hour
Discounts are negotiable for multiple hours of work

c. Preferred callback time
d. A brief description of your technology problem
3. I will call you back, ask more about the problem, and schedule a visit.
New customers will require an on-site visit to establish trust between us. Remote work is possible, but only after we meet. I only charge for the actual time of the work performed to fix your problems, nothing more.
